Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Free Shipping

We offer free economy shipping on US orders $50+ and international orders $150+ USD.

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

We process and ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Unless there is a shipping delay posted on our website, orders placed on Monday to Friday before 12:00 pm Central Time will be shipped on the same day, and orders placed after 12:00 pm Central Time will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following business day. Once your package is shipped, we will send you the tracking information.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:

  • France
  • India
  • Indonesia
  • Kuwait
  • Malaysia
  • Mexico
  • Morocco
  • Portugal
  • Switzerland
Free economy shipping is valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Orders over $1500 will require a signature upon delivery.

Shipments to AFO/FPO addresses require additional processing times after delivery to the military post office.

Not all shipping methods are available for certain items, orders, or destination.

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.

To ensure same-day delivery, order must be placed by 12:00 pm Central Time.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
