By law in the US, gold vermeil jewelry should have a base material of sterling silver, plated with at least 2.5 microns of a minimum 10k gold.

Our gold vermeil jewelry exceeds the US standard. We have gone above and beyond by making our gold vermeil jewelry with a combination of certified recycled sterling silver and ethically sourced silver chains and findings, and plating with a thick 3 micron layer of 18k gold. Finally, finishing with an anti-tarnish layer to help your jewelry resist tarnish and last longer.

How to care for your 18k gold vermeil jewelry

Use a microfiber cleaning cloth (like those for sunglasses) to clean your gold vermeil jewelry. Do NOT use a silver polishing cloth as this will remove the gold plating.
